Yahoo Store uses the Stronghold secure server, currently the second best selling secure server software, and in our opinion, technically the best product. It supports industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption.. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form and not decoded until Yahoo Store receives it. For added security, Yahoo Store also encrypts the credit card number when it is stored on disk, and when such number is forwarded to the Sovrana Store. Our policy is simple: if you are not satisfied with the product you received for any reasons, please let us know by calling our office within 30 days of receipt of the product at 310-323-3357 (no e-mails please), and we will either substitute it at no charge or refund your purchase in full, excluding related freight charges, by crediting your credit card account. If we do need you to return an order - or portion thereof - because it is found to be expired, sent in error by our warehouse (e.g. you ordered regular and received decaffeinated coffee), damaged while in transit, or defective upon usage (such as equipment), we will also reimburse you for any freight charges you paid originally AND shipping fees to return the unwanted product to us, either by issuing a "Call Tag" with UPS, or by reimbursing you for the freight advanced on our behalf. ABOUT OUR WEB SPECIALS: Web Specials are temporary price markdowns on selected items offered through our online store. These promotional, reduced prices are subject to change or cancellation without notice, so we advise you to take advantage of items flagged as "Web Special" immediately. One important question we are asked often by our customers is whether case/quantity discounts are still available for those items marked as Web Specials. The answer is no. As long as an item is marked down, the promotional price overrides the regular quantity price. By purchasing a "Web Special" item, you are assured to pay a unit price that is always as low as, and often lower than, the quantity price. When a Web Special is terminated on an item, the regular price and case price are both restored. During your checkout procedure, you will be given the option to receive an order confirmation via email. Although you do not have to check this option, we highly recommend that you do. By doing so, a copy of your order, as well as subsequent status changes and shipment confirmations, will immediately and automatically be sent to the email address you have entered as part of your personal information (a return email address is required even if you choose not to receive a copy of your order via email. This is to allow us to contact you should there be a problem of any kind with the fulfillment of your order). If you request a copy of your order to be sent to you via email, but do not receive it within an hour or so after clicking the "Place Order" button, chances are you may have mistyped your email address while placing your online order. It happens more often than you think... If this is the case, please send us a separate email with your correct address, and we will manually send you an order confirmation. As soon as your order ships, your package will be issued a tracking number and the status of your order changed from "Pending" to "Shipped". Because our warehouse ships until very late in the afternoon however, it may be possible that a Shipment Confirmation email with related tracking info is not sent to you until the business morning after your order has shipped. Finally bear in mind that, although the tracking number is issued as soon as your package is prepared by our warehouse, it takes the carrier (UPS) a few hours to pick up the shipment and input its information into the online tracking system. Therefore, for the first few hours after receipt of your Shipment Confirmation email, checking the status of your order by using the provided tracking number may return a "Tracking Number Could Not Be Found in UPS Database" message. Just wait a few more hours (up to 12 may be necessary) and your tracking information will eventually show up into UPS' database. First of all, registering into the Sovrana Store's database is completely voluntary. We will never require you to "register" to purchase products from us. However, registering has its advantages, all designed to make the shopping experience, especially from repeat customers, more enjoyable and less time-consuming. If you are a new Sovrana Store customer, or if you have never registered with the Sovrana Store before, clicking on the "Register" button will first prompt you to select your own User ID and Password. You will then have the opportunity to enter your billing and shipping address, as well as any other shipping instructions or comments that you may otherwise have to include each time you order from us. This information will be saved into our database (your credit card number, for security reasons, is not stored as part of your profile, and therefore the registration process will NOT ask you for any credit card information). Another extrermely useful registration benefit is the ability to save a shopping cart as part of your profile. After you register with us, every time you add an item into your shopping cart you will notice a button at the bottom of the page asking if you want to view or save the current shopping cart with a unique name. These saved carts become permanent part of your stored profile and can be retrieved over and over each time you visit our site. This is an invaluable time saver for returning customers that normally order the same products, since it allows them to easily retrieve their previous order(s) by simply entering their User Name and Password, rather than having to start from scratch and search our store for the items they want. Once you are registered with the Sovrana Store, the next tme you visit us simply click on the "Register" button, and enter your User ID and Password. Your stored profile, as well as any saved shopping carts from previous visits, will instantly become available for use, or for editing if necessary. You will no longer have to enter the same billing and shipping address each time you order from us. Enter your credit card number and expiration date and you are done! Please note that registering into the Sovrana Store's database only works within the Sovrana Store, and not with other stores of the Yahoo! Shopping family (of which the Sovrana Store is member). Alternatively, you may instead choose to sign up with "Yahoo! Wallet", a similar database that can be used anywhere within Yahoo! and with all merchants part of Yahoo! Shopping. If you keep getting "thrown out" of our shopping cart whenever you click the "Order" button on one of our item pages, chances are that your Web browser may have the capability to accept "cookies" disabled. "Cookies" are small programs that are installed on your computer by a server you are connected to. These mini-programs can have several purposes. Our shopping cart needs to install a cookie on your computer to recognize you and verify your identity throughout the ordering process (so that, if for example you need to interrupt your order half-way through for any reasons, the shopping cart will recognize you when you log back on and you will not have to start from scratch.) To make sure that your Web browser is set to accept cookies, follow these instructions: - Netscape Navigator or Communicator (versions 4.0-4.7): Click on Edit, select Preferences, then click on Advanced. Make sure the radio button "Accept all cookies" is checked. Click on OK. - Netscape Navigator (version 7.1 and up): Click on Edit, select Preferences. Make sure to move the slider under Settings all the way down, until the settings read "Accept All Cookies". Click on Apply, then OK. If you are concerned about security issues, you can always disable cookies as soon as you finish and see the order confirmation screen from our online store. One additional, important note concerns your e-mail address. You MUST include one from a US domain (with a .com, .net, .gov, .edu, .org suffix) upon checkout to be able to place your order. In an attempt to fight fraudulent orders, the host of our online store (Yahoo! Store) will automatically reject any orders that include a foreign e-mail address (such as addresses with .ca, .uk, .aus, .it, .fr suffixes, for example). At times, you may also experience very slow loading times or response from our server. If that is the case, try connecting a bit later. This may be an issue either with our server or with your internet connection, and is usually a temporary condition. All orders will usually be shipped the same business day if placed before 11 a.m. PST, or by the next business day if placed after 11 a.m. PST (2 p.m. EST). Therefore, please remember that an order placed on Friday afternoon cannot be shipped until the following Monday. Certain items may require more than one business day to assemble and/or ship: this delay should be noted as part of that item's description page. We ship within the continental U.S.A. only. Limited service to Alaska and Hawaii is now available, please call us to get a customized quote if you reside in either state. Please also remember that UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, so a street address is necessary in your shipping instructions. The Sovrana Store ships via UPS Ground (delivery in 1 to 5 business days, depending on how far you are from our Southern California facilities, see map), 3-Day Select (guaranteed delivery in 3 business days), or Next Day Air (guaranteed delivery the next business day). Once again, weekend days (Saturday and Sunday) and major holidays do not "count" as business days, so please take this into consideration when estimating the arrival of your package. TRACKING YOUR ORDER 
Please enter the tracking number of your UPS package. You should have received such
tracking number in the shipment confirmation e-mail we sent you (Tip: copy the tracking number,
starting with "1Z..." from the e-mail message, and paste it into the box below).PAYMENT, SALES TAXES AND FREIGHT RATES:  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover, no COD's. Rest assured that your credit card will NOT be charged until your order is actually shipped. In case of orders shipped only partially, your credit card will only be charged for those items shipped. Sales taxes of 9.75% will be added on all orders shipped within the State of California (except on purchases of coffee and other food products not subject to sales tax).
